Friday, Nov. 5 Grace Kelly, the whiz 18-year-old saxophonist, singer, composer and arranger, comes to Rockport with her jazz quintet. (8 pm, Shalin Liu Performance Center, 35 Main St., Rockport, MA, 978-546-7391).
Saturday, Nov. 6 Apples & Wine Festival at Russell Orchards. (11-4pm, Russel Orchards, 143 Argilla Road, Ipswich, MA, 978-356-5366) Taste 23 wines for $10. Make-your-own apple pie. Take a turn on the cider press. Live music, kids crafts and hay rides all day.

Ahhh…..I love that vintage pic. I wonder what a photo from the same spot would look like now – a bit more crowded I imagine. Ha. If I lived closer that Apple & Wine festival would be a must.

You know, Ralph, it doesn’t look all that different. Things don’t change too quickly around here. The cars are the biggest difference. I’ll take a picture from the same point on the next sunny day for your comparison.
