Discovery: Pip & Estella

Globe print, $36 at Pip & Estella

I’m loving the online boutique Pip & Estella, discovered via My Favorite and My Best.

The shop’s smallish selection of vintage bohemian accessories and textiles can be purchased individually, or as sets designed to work together.

The globe print above would cheer up a kid’s room or library.  I’d get a kick out of spooning soup with the graphic iron ladle below.  And there’s something deliciously cheeky about a brass tray edged in bamboo.

5thjoy: I love your blog and have gleaned many great ideas/recipies from it. I work with your sister Sarah at MFS and I was introduced to 5thjoy after having had a conversation about Matcha with Sarah (and then I read your blog entry on Matcha – thank you). Have you checked out 1stdibs’ website? I think you would like it. http://www.1stdibs.com

Pam, isn’t 1stdibs unbelievable? It’s a great place to go for inspiration, or alternately to stalk leather armchairs. Ahem. They have some beauties.

I’m so glad you’re finding useful ideas here! Thank *you* for reading regularly. I’m always open to feedback and suggestions. Please don’t hesitate to comment or email (admin@5thjoy.com).
