I just picked up this teal number from Pretty Little World Vintage. It’s gone a long way towards satisfying a recently acute craving for feathers.

Schiaparelli shows us she still has a (pink) shock or two up her sleeve. The swooping feather on this black hat would accentuate a cheekbone nicely. A headband style creates marvelous texture, especially for those with similarly auburn hair. This one is halfway between a headband and a hat; it’s dark blue drama reminds me of a picture a friend snapped two days ago of Lanvin’s fall window in Paris. Last but not least, an orange confection with a darling oversize beaded bow.
